KroozTV Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to the KroozTV website, IPTV subscriptions, free trials, account credentials, simultaneous connections, reseller services, affiliate services, client-area functions and customer support.
Effective date: July 13, 2026 • Last updated: July 13, 2026
The person placing the order is responsible for the account, credentials and permitted users.
Simultaneous streaming must remain within the number of connections included in the selected package.
Retail subscriptions are intended for lawful private viewing, not restreaming, redistribution or public exhibition.
Account, payment, cancellation and service questions should be submitted through official KroozTV live chat.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service constitute an agreement between you and KroozTV concerning your use of the KroozTV website and digital services.
In these Terms, “KroozTV,” “we,” “us” and “our” mean the operator that accepts and fulfils your order through krooztv.net. “You” and “customer” mean the person or business visiting the website, creating the account or purchasing the applicable service.
You accept these Terms when you perform any of the following:
- Access or continue using the KroozTV website.
- Create or use a KroozTV client-area account.
- Request or activate a free or paid trial.
- Place or pay for an IPTV subscription order.
- Use subscription credentials supplied by KroozTV.
- Purchase or use reseller access or reseller credits.
- Register for or use the affiliate program.
Additional terms shown on an order page, invoice, promotion, reseller agreement or affiliate page form part of the agreement for that product. When specific product terms conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms apply to that product.
2. Definitions
3. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your place of residence, whichever is higher, to purchase a KroozTV service.
When purchasing for a business, organisation or another person, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on their behalf and to use the supplied payment method.
You represent that:
- The account and billing information you provide is accurate.
- You are authorised to use the selected payment method.
- Your use of the Service is lawful in your location.
- You are not subject to restrictions that legally prevent KroozTV from supplying the Service to you.
4. Description of the KroozTV Service
KroozTV provides time-limited digital subscription access and associated account support. The features included with a plan are those displayed on the applicable product page, checkout page or invoice when the order is placed.
A service package may include:
- Live television streaming categories.
- Video-on-demand movies and television series.
- Electronic programme guide information where available.
- One or more simultaneous connections.
- Account credentials or portal-based access.
- Installation tutorials and reasonable technical support.
- Reseller panel access or reseller credits, when purchased.
Digital access
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the purchase is for digital service access. It does not include a television, streaming device, router or physical product.
Player applications
An IPTV player application may be required. Third-party player licences or app-store charges are not included unless the order expressly says they are included.
Internet access
KroozTV does not supply the customer’s internet connection, mobile data, local network or equipment.
No ownership transfer
Subscription activation grants limited access during the paid term. It does not transfer ownership of any software, media, website material or service system.
5. Orders, acceptance and activation
Submitting an order
An order is a request to purchase the selected service. An automatic invoice or payment acknowledgement does not by itself guarantee that the order has been accepted.
Order review
KroozTV may verify payment, billing information, fraud indicators, product availability and account history before activating an order.
Order acceptance
An order is normally accepted when KroozTV confirms the order and activates or delivers the relevant service credentials, connections, reseller panel or reseller credits.
Delivery
Digital credentials may be displayed in the client area, supplied through the order system or communicated through an official KroozTV support conversation. You are responsible for checking the account and information supplied during checkout.
Right to reject or correct an order
KroozTV may reject, hold, correct or cancel an order when:
- The payment cannot be verified.
- The price or product information contains a clear error.
- The order appears fraudulent or unauthorised.
- The requested product is unavailable.
- The customer has materially violated these Terms.
- Supplying the order would violate applicable law.
When KroozTV cancels a paid order before activation, the payment will be handled according to the applicable cancellation and refund rules.
6. Free and paid trials
Trial access is offered to help customers test general service operation, device compatibility and network suitability before purchasing a longer subscription.
Unless an offer states otherwise:
- A trial is limited to one trial per customer or household.
- Trial duration begins when trial access is activated.
- Trial duration will not be paused while the customer is offline.
- Trial channel or VOD availability may differ from a paid plan.
- A free trial has no cash or credit value.
- Creating multiple identities to obtain repeated trials is prohibited.
7. Subscription periods and expiration
Subscription access is supplied for the period stated on the applicable product page, order or invoice.
Beginning of the term
The subscription term normally begins at activation, not when the customer first decides to watch.
Continuous calendar period
Subscription time runs continuously. It is not calculated only from hours or days during which the customer actively streams.
Expiration
Access may stop automatically when the paid term expires unless the customer renews the service or an automatic-renewal arrangement applies.
Extensions
Any goodwill extension, service credit or replacement period is discretionary unless required by law or expressly confirmed by KroozTV.
8. Devices and simultaneous connections
A connection is a permitted simultaneous stream. It is not necessarily the total number of devices on which credentials may be installed.
| Package example | Maximum simultaneous streams | Customer responsibility |
|---|---|---|
| One-connection package | One stream at a time | Stop playback on one device before starting a stream on another device. |
| Two-connection package | Two streams at a time | No more than two devices or applications may actively stream simultaneously. |
| Multi-connection package | The number displayed on the order, up to the purchased package limit | The account holder must control every permitted user and remain within the purchased limit. |
Exceeding the purchased connection limit can cause playback interruption, automatic security restrictions, temporary account locking or suspension.
The customer must purchase sufficient connections for the intended simultaneous use. Retail credentials may not be shared publicly, sold, posted online or distributed between unrelated households for commercial use.
9. Account credentials and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your client-area login, subscription credentials, reseller login and any device information associated with the account.
You agree to:
- Use a unique and reasonably secure client-area password.
- Keep usernames, passwords and playlist addresses private.
- Limit access to trusted people covered by your package.
- Sign out from devices that you no longer control.
- Contact live chat promptly if credentials may have been exposed or stolen.
- Provide accurate information when requesting an account or device reset.
Activity performed using your credentials may be treated as authorised activity until you report a security problem.
10. Technical and customer requirements
Successful streaming depends on systems that KroozTV does not fully control. The customer must provide and maintain:
- A compatible television, phone, tablet, computer or streaming device.
- A supported IPTV player or playback application.
- A stable internet connection with sufficient available speed.
- A properly configured home or business network.
- Current device firmware and application software.
- Sufficient device storage, memory and processing capability.
- Any third-party application licence required by the selected player.
Internet-provider and network conditions
Playback may be affected by congestion, Wi-Fi interference, routing, local network configuration, internet-provider restrictions, mobile-data limits, DNS performance, VPN performance or regional connectivity.
Device compatibility
General device compatibility statements do not guarantee that every model, firmware version or third-party application will provide identical performance.
VPN and proxy use
A customer may use a lawful VPN or proxy where technically supported, but KroozTV does not guarantee performance through a third-party VPN or proxy. VPN use must not be used to evade account security, connection limits or applicable law.
11. Channel, event and VOD availability
Streaming line-ups are dynamic. Specific channels, sporting events, programmes, categories, movies, series, languages, programme-guide information or playback qualities may change during a subscription.
KroozTV does not promise that:
- Every advertised or previously available channel will remain available.
- Every sporting event will be available in every location or category.
- Electronic programme guide information will always be accurate.
- Every stream will be available in a specific resolution.
- Every title will include subtitles or a specific language track.
- VOD content will remain available for the entire subscription period.
- Channel names, numbers or category locations will remain unchanged.
Channels or titles may be replaced, reorganised, interrupted or removed due to technical, supplier, security, legal, maintenance or operational reasons.
12. Acceptable use
A standard retail subscription is licensed for personal, private, non-commercial and lawful viewing during the paid subscription term.
You may:
- Configure your credentials on compatible personal devices.
- Permit members of your household to use the account within the purchased connection limit.
- Request reasonable setup and troubleshooting assistance.
- Change player applications or devices when supported.
- Use features made available through your purchased plan.
All use remains subject to the connection limit, account security requirements, applicable law and the restrictions in these Terms.
13. Prohibited activities
You must not use the website, account or Service to:
14. Prices, invoices and payments
Prices
The applicable price is the price displayed and confirmed for the selected package when the order is placed. Prices may change for future orders or renewals.
Currency and conversion
Your card issuer, bank, wallet service or payment provider may apply exchange-rate differences, network charges or transaction fees that KroozTV does not control.
Payment authorisation
You authorise KroozTV and the applicable payment provider to process the amount shown for the order.
Taxes
Prices include or exclude taxes according to the information shown during checkout and the rules applying to the transaction. Customers remain responsible for taxes or charges legally payable by them.
Cryptocurrency and irreversible payments
Cryptocurrency transactions and certain alternative payments may be irreversible. The customer is responsible for using the correct network, amount, wallet address and transaction details. A payment sent to an incorrect address or unsupported network may not be recoverable.
Payment verification
KroozTV may request reasonable proof of payment when an order cannot be matched automatically. Sensitive information not needed for verification should be hidden.
15. Renewals and recurring billing
A subscription may be sold as a one-time term or under a recurring billing arrangement. Recurring billing applies only when it is shown during checkout, authorised by the customer or separately agreed through the payment provider.
Automatic renewal
Where automatic renewal is active, the payment method may be charged at the beginning of each renewal period until the renewal is cancelled.
Renewal price
A future renewal may use the then-current price where permitted and where any legally required notice has been provided.
Cancellation of renewal
The customer should request cancellation before the next scheduled charge. Cancelling future renewal normally does not end access already paid for.
Failed renewal
KroozTV may suspend or allow a subscription to expire when a renewal payment fails, is reversed or cannot be verified.
16. Cancellations, refunds and payment disputes
Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the KroozTV Cancellation and Refund Policy , which forms part of these Terms.
Cancelling future renewal, terminating use of the Service and requesting a refund are different actions. Stopping use or deleting an application does not automatically cancel billing.
Seven-day guarantee
Where advertised and applicable, eligible direct retail subscription purchases may be reviewed under the KroozTV seven-day money-back guarantee and the conditions stated in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Payment disputes
Contact live chat first when you believe a payment is duplicate, incorrect, unauthorised or associated with an unresolved order problem. This does not remove any legal right to contact your bank or payment provider.
Knowingly submitting a false payment dispute, concealing successful delivery or continuing to use a service after claiming it was not supplied may result in account termination and recovery action where legally permitted.
17. Reseller accounts and credits
Reseller panels and credits are business-oriented digital services. Resellers are responsible for understanding the panel, testing the service and managing their own end customers.
An authorised reseller must:
- Keep panel credentials secure.
- Create accounts only within the available credit balance.
- Provide accurate descriptions to end customers.
- Avoid promises that exceed KroozTV’s published service terms.
- Provide first-line assistance to the reseller’s customers.
- Comply with consumer, advertising, tax and privacy laws.
- Use KroozTV names or logos only as authorised.
- Prevent panel access by unauthorised third parties.
Credit usage
Credits may be deducted when a reseller creates, renews, upgrades or modifies an end-user subscription. Used credits cannot normally be restored merely because the reseller’s customer changes their mind.
Credit value
Reseller credits are account units for permitted panel activity. They are not bank deposits, stored-value accounts or cryptocurrency and are not automatically redeemable for cash.
Reseller representations
A reseller is an independent business and must not falsely claim to be KroozTV’s owner, employee, legal representative or exclusive agent.
Separate reseller conditions
Additional reseller conditions shown on the KroozTV reseller page or agreed when the panel is supplied also apply.
18. Affiliate and referral activity
Affiliates may promote KroozTV only through lawful, honest and non-misleading marketing.
Affiliates must not:
- Make false guarantees about uptime, channels or performance.
- Use spam, unsolicited bulk messages or deceptive advertising.
- Impersonate KroozTV or register misleading brand domains.
- Bid on restricted trademarks when prohibited by program rules.
- Create fake orders, self-referrals or fraudulent conversions.
- Publish unauthorised discount codes or altered prices.
- Make legal claims on behalf of KroozTV.
Commission may be withheld or reversed for refunded, fraudulent, duplicate, disputed, self-referred or policy-violating orders. Additional rules published on the KroozTV affiliate page apply to program participants.
19. Customer support and troubleshooting
KroozTV provides reasonable assistance for activation, account access and general setup issues. Support does not guarantee repair of devices, internet connections or third-party applications outside KroozTV’s control.
Before requesting service-failure remedies
KroozTV may ask the customer to complete proportionate troubleshooting, including:
Confirm that the username, password, portal, playlist or MAC information has been entered correctly.
Restart the player application, streaming device, television, router and modem where appropriate.
This helps distinguish a service problem from a specific application or device issue.
Where possible, compare Wi-Fi with Ethernet or another lawful internet connection.
Identify the affected channel, category, title, device, player, time and displayed error.
Customers can also use the KroozTV installation tutorials for supported setup methods.
20. Suspension and termination
KroozTV may temporarily restrict or permanently terminate an account when reasonably necessary to:
- Protect the website, network or other customers.
- Investigate suspected fraud or account compromise.
- Enforce connection limits.
- Respond to a payment reversal or failed payment.
- Prevent unauthorised restreaming or redistribution.
- Comply with law, court orders or valid legal requests.
- Address a material violation of these Terms.
Security restrictions
KroozTV may impose a temporary security restriction while unusual access patterns, excessive connections or suspected credential leakage are investigated.
Termination for material breach
Immediate termination may occur for serious fraud, malicious attacks, public credential distribution, unauthorised commercial restreaming or repeated deliberate violations.
Effect of termination
Termination may disable client-area access, streaming credentials, reseller panels, unused promotional benefits and other account functions. Refund treatment remains subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy and mandatory law.
21. Third-party applications, links and providers
KroozTV may provide tutorials, links or compatibility information concerning third-party IPTV players, app stores, VPN services, payment providers, devices or websites.
A reference or link does not mean that KroozTV owns, controls or guarantees the third-party service.
You are responsible for reviewing:
- The third party’s terms and privacy policy.
- Any licence or payment required for the third-party application.
- Device permissions requested by the application.
- Whether the application is lawful and suitable in your location.
- Whether the provider continues to support your device.
KroozTV is not responsible for an external service’s independent changes, outages, charges, security practices, removals from an app store or compatibility decisions.
22. Intellectual property and website materials
The KroozTV website design, original written material, brand elements, graphics, account systems and service documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use website materials for personal evaluation of KroozTV services. You may not, without permission:
- Copy or republish substantial website material.
- Remove copyright, trademark or attribution notices.
- Use KroozTV branding to impersonate the official service.
- Create a confusingly similar website, account or domain.
- Sell or commercially exploit KroozTV tutorials or graphics.
Third-party names, programmes, devices, applications and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. References are used for identification or compatibility information and do not necessarily imply endorsement.
Copyright-related notices should be submitted according to the KroozTV DMCA Policy .
23. Privacy, cookies and account information
KroozTV’s collection and handling of personal and technical information are described in the Privacy Policy .
Website cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Policy .
KroozTV may process account, payment-reference, device, security, support and technical-log information where reasonably necessary to:
- Fulfil and administer orders.
- Authenticate accounts.
- Protect the Service from abuse.
- Investigate technical problems.
- Apply connection limits.
- Handle cancellations and refunds.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
24. Service availability and disclaimers
KroozTV will use reasonable efforts to provide the purchased digital service. However, internet streaming is subject to technical conditions and dependencies outside KroozTV’s complete control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis. KroozTV does not promise that:
- The Service will operate without every interruption or delay.
- Every stream will be free from buffering on every connection.
- Every channel or title will remain continuously available.
- Every third-party application will continue to be supported.
- Electronic programme guide information will always be complete.
- The Service will satisfy every individual preference.
Marketing phrases describing quality, speed, availability, channel quantities or uptime are general service descriptions and not absolute guarantees under every technical condition, unless a specific written guarantee expressly says otherwise.
25. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Subject to that rule, KroozTV is not responsible for loss caused solely by:
- The customer’s internet provider, router or local network.
- An unsupported or defective device or third-party application.
- Customer disclosure or misuse of credentials.
- Use exceeding the purchased connection limit.
- Unauthorised account access not caused by KroozTV.
- A third-party payment provider, app store, wallet or VPN.
- Scheduled maintenance or events beyond reasonable control.
- Use of the Service contrary to these Terms or applicable law.
Indirect and business losses
To the extent permitted by law, KroozTV will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, lost business opportunities, lost reseller sales or reputational damage that was not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was formed.
Maximum contractual liability
Where legally permitted, KroozTV’s total contractual liability relating to a specific paid service will not exceed the amount paid directly to KroozTV for the affected subscription period or order.
This limitation does not apply where applicable law requires a greater remedy or prohibits the limitation.
26. Mandatory consumer rights
These Terms do not exclude, restrict or replace consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Depending on the customer’s location and the circumstances of the order, mandatory law may provide rights concerning:
- Pre-contract information.
- Online or distance-selling cancellation.
- Automatic-renewal notices and cancellation.
- Digital services that do not conform to the contract.
- Repair, correction, price reduction or refund.
- Unfair contract terms.
- Unauthorised payments.
Where mandatory law provides stronger protection than these Terms, the mandatory protection applies.
27. General legal terms
Applicable law and jurisdiction
Applicable law and the courts with jurisdiction will be determined according to the KroozTV contracting operator, the transaction and any mandatory rules that apply to the customer. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to surrender a local legal protection or forum that cannot lawfully be waived.
Good-faith resolution
Before beginning formal proceedings, the parties should make a reasonable attempt to resolve the issue through official KroozTV live chat, unless urgent legal action is necessary.
Entire agreement
These Terms, the applicable order information and the linked policies form the agreement concerning the Service and replace earlier statements concerning the same subject.
Severability
If a provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
No waiver
A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not permanently waive the right to enforce it later.
Assignment
You may not transfer an account or agreement without KroozTV’s permission. KroozTV may transfer its rights and obligations as part of a lawful business reorganisation, sale or service transfer, provided that mandatory customer rights are preserved.
Force majeure
KroozTV is not responsible for delay or failure caused by an event beyond reasonable control, such as major internet routing failure, data-centre disruption, power failure, natural disaster, war, civil disturbance, governmental action, widespread cyberattack or failure of an essential third-party provider.
Survival
Provisions concerning payments, prohibited conduct, intellectual property, liability, disputes and other provisions that logically must continue will survive expiration or termination.
28. Changes to the Service and these Terms
Service changes
KroozTV may update systems, applications, security controls, portal information, category organisation, plans, connection options and service features.
Term changes
KroozTV may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, technology, payment procedures, legal requirements or business operations.
Material changes
Where legally required, reasonable notice of a material change affecting an active subscription will be provided through the website, client area, live chat or another available account communication method.
Effective version
The effective and last-updated dates at the top of the page identify the current published version.

Can I use one subscription on several devices?
Credentials may be configured on compatible devices, but simultaneous streaming must remain within the number of connections purchased with the package.
What happens if I exceed my connection limit?
Playback may stop and the account may be temporarily restricted. Repeated or deliberate overuse can lead to suspension.

No. Credentials must remain private and cannot be posted publicly, commercially resold or distributed beyond the permitted account use.
Does KroozTV guarantee every individual channel?

Are reseller credits refundable?
Refund options are normally limited after credits are delivered or used. The Cancellation and Refund Policy and any separate reseller conditions apply.
