Method 1 — IBO Player Pro from the TV app store

Open the television store
Samsung: open Apps. LG: open LG Content Store.

Search for IBO Player Pro
Confirm the app name and developer. Availability can differ by model and country.

Open the player
The app may display an Xtream login screen, M3U input, or a MAC address and device key.

Use the matching setup
For Xtream Codes use the server, username and password below. For M3U use M3U Plus. For MAC/device-key activation, use the official IBO playlist portal shown by the app.

Refresh the playlist
Restart the app after the account is saved and wait for the first synchronization.
Use each customer’s own activation details
The values below are safe placeholders. Replace YOUR_KROOZ_USERNAME and YOUR_KROOZ_PASSWORD with the values in that customer’s private KroozTV activation email. Never publish a real username, password or complete M3U URL in a public knowledgebase article.

Samsung Tizen
Use the Samsung app store for normal installation. Advanced developers should use only Samsung Smart TV documentation.

External streaming device
When the television has no suitable player, connect a Firestick, Android TV box, Apple TV or Formuler box by HDMI.
Do not use Samsung Tizen files on LG
Samsung uses Tizen and LG uses webOS. A Tizen WGT package is not an LG application and should not be installed on an LG television.
Common Problems
Smart TV troubleshooting
✓ Player unavailable: check the TV country setting and model support, or use an external device.
✓ App displays MAC and device key: add the M3U through the official portal associated with that player.
✓ Login rejected: re-enter the server URL with http:// and port 8080.
✓ No EPG: refresh the playlist or add the EPG URL when the player supports it.
✓ Slow interface: clear app data only after saving the login details somewhere private.
