Install a compatible player
Use a Windows Xtream Codes player or install IBO Player Pro from Microsoft Store when it supports the required login format.

Choose Xtream Codes API
Select Login with Xtream Codes, Add User or an equivalent option.

Wait for categories and EPG to finish loading before closing the app.

Open Network Stream
In VLC select Media → Open Network Stream.

Paste the M3U Plus URL
Use the complete private M3U Plus address from the activation email.

Select Play
Wait for the first channel to load.

Open the playlist
Choose View → Playlist to browse all imported entries.

Avoid unknown browser players that ask you to paste a complete M3U URL, because the URL contains the account credentials.
