Method 1 — Xtream Codes API
Use each customer’s own activation details
The values below are safe placeholders. Replace YOUR_KROOZ_USERNAME and YOUR_KROOZ_PASSWORD with the values in that customer’s private KroozTV activation email. Never publish a real username, password or complete M3U URL in a public knowledgebase article.

Choose Add Playlist
Open TiviMate and select Add Playlist.

Select Xtream Codes
Choose Xtream Codes login.

Enter the four fields
Playlist name: Krooz TV
Server: http://krooztv.cloud:8080
Username: YOUR_KROOZ_USERNAME
Password: YOUR_KROOZ_PASSWORD

Process the playlist
Continue and wait until live channels, movies, series and EPG finish loading.

Set playlist updates
Enable automatic playlist and EPG updates at a reasonable interval.

Choose Add Playlist
Select M3U Playlist rather than Xtream Codes.

Paste M3U Plus
Use the complete M3U Plus URL from the private activation email.

Name the playlist
Enter Krooz TV.

Add EPG if supplied
When TiviMate asks for an EPG URL, use the separate guide URL from the provider email or support.

Finish and refresh
Allow the first import to complete before opening channels.

TiviMate notes and troubleshooting
✓ TiviMate is a player; it does not include channels or an account by itself.
✓ The official app is optimized for large Android TV screens, not Windows or iPhone.
✓ A complete M3U URL contains credentials and should be treated like a password.
✓ If categories are missing, update the playlist and EPG before reinstalling the app.
✓ Use hardware decoding or an external player only when required by the device.
