Launch MYTVOnline 2 or MYTVOnline 3.

Open Content Manager
Choose Add Playlist, Add Portal or Add Xtream Codes depending on the installed version.

Select Xtream Codes
Choose the username/password API method.

Save the account and wait for live channels, EPG, movies and series to synchronize.

Organize frequently used channels after the first load finishes.

Allow the playlist and EPG to finish loading.
