Before installing an app

Install Downloader
From the Fire TV home screen select Find → Search, search for Downloader, install it and open it once.

Reveal Developer Options if missing
Open Settings → My Fire TV → About, highlight the device name and press the Select button repeatedly until developer options are enabled.

Allow Downloader installations
Open Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options → Install Unknown Apps and enable Downloader only.
4
Keep the activation email ready
You will need the customer’s KroozTV username and password after installing the selected app.
First Choice
Method 1 — Krooz TV MATE
Recommended Firestick method
Use Downloader code 4909387 or 1288909 or enter http://aftv.news/1288909.

Open Downloader
Enter 4909387 first. If it does not open the expected Krooz TV MATE installer, use 1288909 or type http://aftv.news/1288909.

Download and install
Confirm that the page identifies Krooz TV MATE, download the APK, choose Install and wait for completion.

Delete the APK
After installation, return to Downloader and delete the downloaded file to recover Firestick storage.

Open Krooz TV MATE
Launch the app from Your Apps & Channels.

Enter the customer login

Load the account
Choose Login and allow the first channel, EPG, movie and series synchronization to finish.

Fix Common Errors
Firestick troubleshooting
✓ Downloader refuses installation: confirm Install Unknown Apps is enabled for Downloader.
✓ App opens to a blank screen: restart Fire TV and clear the app cache.
✓ Login rejected: remove spaces before or after the username and password.
✓ Channels buffer: test the network, use 5 GHz Wi-Fi or an Ethernet adapter, and restart the router.
✓ Wrong app downloaded: delete it and verify the Downloader code with KroozTV live chat.

Install with Downloader

Install Downloader
Search for Downloader in Google Play. When it is unavailable, use the device browser to open the provided AFTVnews link.

Allow the installation source
Android will ask whether Downloader or the browser may install unknown apps. Allow only the app currently used for installation.

Choose a KroozTV app
Use MATE code 4909387 or 1288909, IBO code 987357, or OTT code 985746.

Install the APK
Verify the expected app name, install it, then delete the APK file.

Enter the customer details
Use username YOUR_KROOZ_USERNAME and password YOUR_KROOZ_PASSWORD.

Disable unknown-source access again
After installation, return to Android security settings and disable the temporary permission when it is no longer needed.

Check the login screen
Some versions accept a playlist URL directly; others display a device MAC address and key for playlist activation.

Use the appropriate data
When the app accepts Xtream Codes, enter the Krooz TV server, username and password. When it accepts M3U, paste the M3U Plus URL.

Save the playlist
Name the playlist Krooz TV and allow the first channel and VOD load to complete.

Keep credentials private
Do not paste a complete M3U URL into an unknown browser page or send it in a public screenshot.
